By accessing or using WearMaxx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
WearMaxx is an AI-powered digital wardrobe platform that allows you to upload images of your clothing, organize your wardrobe digitally, generate AI-powered outfit combinations, and receive personalized styling recommendations. The service uses artificial intelligence to analyze, classify, and process garment images.
3. Account Registration
To use WearMaxx, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription Plans & Payments
WearMaxx offers multiple subscription tiers with varying levels of access. Free accounts include limited garment slots and AI generation credits. Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all images and content you upload to WearMaxx. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. Your images are stored on secure cloud infrastructure. You may delete your content at any time through your account.
6. AI Processing
WearMaxx uses artificial intelligence to classify garments, generate outfit previews, and provide styling recommendations. AI-generated content is provided as-is and may not always be perfectly accurate. We do not guarantee specific results from AI processing. AI outputs are for personal use and should not be relied upon as professional fashion advice.
7. Intellectual Property
The WearMaxx platform, including its design, features, technology, and branding, is the intellectual property of WearMaxx. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service. AI-generated outfit images created from your content are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use WearMaxx to upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content. You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with the service's operation. Automated access, scraping, or bulk uploads beyond normal personal use are prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
WearMaxx is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall WearMaxx be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that could harm the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data prior to account deletion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Your continued use of WearMaxx after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
